We begin by hearing your story. We create a safe space to de-escalate conflict and identify the core patterns that have led to disconnection.
Day 3 - Vision & Tools
We don't send you home empty-handed. You'll leave with a concrete plan, practiced tools for communication, and renewed hope for your future.
Day 2 - Healing & Rebuilding
The hard work of forgiveness and repair. We facilitate deep conversations that you haven't been able to have on your own, guided by clinical expertise.
Day 4 - Reconnecting
Intentionally unstructured, giving you time to rest, reflect, and reconnect as a couple. Enjoy the facility together while processing what you’ve learned and deepening connection through quiet time, conversation, and rest.
At Anchored in Love, experience dedicated care with 26 hours of intensive sessions. You are not sharing your time with other couples or meeting in a large group session. These hours are devoted to you and your spouse so you get individualized attention. It's a worthwile investement.
